The Assistant Coach supports store operations by assisting the Assistant Store Manager in maintaining standards, developing the team, and ensuring a guest-focused environment.
- Partner with leadership to attract, onboard, and develop team members.
- Execute operational routines, ensure safety and policy compliance, and act as leader in the absence of the Head Coach.
- Lead visual merchandising, store organization, and customer service efforts.
- Drive sales, analyze performance, and support special events to meet goals.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications include 3+ years retail experience, 1+ year supervisory role, and flexible availability. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related tasks is required. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
