Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Club Manager with option to also Personal Train to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. This is an exciting part-time opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the country.

The club is under new ownership and will be undergoing an extensive remodel this spring making this a great time to get in on the ground floor and help shape the future of the club.

Key Responsibilities --------------------

• Membership & Personal Training Sales
• Achieve membership and personal training sales goals established by the leadership team
• Club Leadership & Management
• Lead by example and motivate team members to perform at their best each day
• Support daily club operations and assist with staff oversight as needed
• Service Excellence
• Deliver an outstanding member experience by providing guidance, support, and value-added services
• Help members feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals
• Member Engagement
• Build relationships with members through regular communication and engagement
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven club culture
• Marketing & Community Outreach
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and outreach efforts to drive brand awareness and new memberships
• Facility Excellence
• Ensure the club consistently meets Snap Fitness standards for cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality

Qualifications & Requirements -----------------------------

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate team members
• Comfortable working with clients from all backgrounds and fitness levels
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Fun, personable, and professional with a great sense of humor
• Ability to instruct members on Snap Fitness training techniques to support goal achievement
• Desire for long-term growth and career development

Schedule & Additional Opportunities -----------------------------------

• Part-time position with evening hours typically 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Monday-Thursday plus Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Personal Trainers may take on clients outside staffed hours For those seeking to also do Personal Training, Personal Trainer certification required NASM or ISSA. Trainers affiliated with Alpha-1 Personal Training must obtain an advanced nutrition certification within one year of employment
