Responsibilities
The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) provides clinical oversight of ABA services within a center, supports a caseload, and provides ongoing structured mentorship to BCBAs in the center. The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical leadership and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills - clinical leadership and professional growth - in fellow BCBAs.
