This executive leadership position provides strategic oversight and organizational direction to support the achievement of the Citys goals and objectives. Serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and collaborates with department directors and stakeholders to ensure alignment across assigned functional areas. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives, fostering organizational effectiveness, promoting collaboration, and leading change management efforts. The position requires exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to make complex decisions while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. Work is performed with a high degree of independence under limited supervision and requires excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to effectively lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Attendance at meetings outside of normal business hours may be required.
