At Mathnasium of Bettendorf, we help students build confidence in math-and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that impact.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 1:30-7:30 PM (ideal)
• Some flexibility available for the right candidate

Pay:

• $14-$16/hour based on availability and math skills

What You'll Do:

• Support the Center Director with daily operations
• Help greet families and create a welcoming environment
• Track student progress and keep things organized
• Assist with enrollment conversations (no hard selling)
• Jump in to help students with math (up through Algebra)

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and consistent (this is a must)
• Enjoys working with kids (grades 2-12)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with math up to Algebra (training provided)

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency as well as pass a background check.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
