Permulab Sdn Bhd, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited testing and calibration laboratory, is looking for an energetic Assistant Business Development Manager to support our growing business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote laboratory testing and calibration services.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Respond to client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on proposals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
Conduct regular customer visits, prepare sales reports, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies and market conditions.
Support key account management, client onboarding, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with technical and quality teams to understand client needs and ensure accurate communication.
Contribute to market analysis and identify emerging trends in testing services.
Maintain CRM database and prepare periodic sales reports.
