Görev Tanm

• Garanti talebi için gerekli tüm dokümanlarn toplanmas ve sisteme girilmesi
• Fabrika ile iletiime geçilerek faturalama süreçlerinin yürütülmesi
• Garanti incelemesi için gönderilecek parçalarn takibi ve ilgili dokümanlarn hazrlanmas
• Ithal edilen yedek parçalarn ithalat masraflarnn hesaplanmas ve faturalandrlmas
• Modifikasyon ve taahhüt ilemlerinin kayd ve takibi
• Garanti talep sonuçlarnn ve kredi notlarnn takibi
• Kapatlan dosyalar sonras kredi notlarnn takibi ve muhasebe departmanna bildirilmesi,
• Servis sözlemelerinin maliyetlendirilmesi, faturalandrlmas ve takibi
• Bölümler aras ciro/virman süreçlerinin muhasebe ile koordineli yürütülmesi

Genel Nitelikler

• Kariyerine garanti, servis operasyonlar ve sat sonras hizmetler alannda yön vermek isteyen
• MS Office programlarn, özellikle Excel'i etkin kullanabilen
• Veri girii, doküman takibi ve raporlama süreçlerinde dikkatli ve titiz çalabilen
• Analitik düünme ve problem çözme becerileri gelimi
• Planlama, organizasyon ve takip yetenei güçlü
• Takm çalmasna yatkn, iletiim becerileri güçlü
• Youn i temposuna uyum salayabilecek
