As an Assistant Branch Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you'll lead and inspire a talented team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and achieving their goals. You'll be the guiding force behind mentorship and coaching, helping your team members grow while ensuring every member has a stellar banking experience. Dive headfirst into member relationships, solving problems, and positively impacting their financial lives. You'll oversee daily branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by hiring, training, and supporting your team to set them up for success. This role is 100% onsite.
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support multiple branch locations by combining leadership, operational support, and direct member service. In this role, you will serve as the acting Branch Manager as needed, while also performing MSR duties including memberships, account maintenance, consumer lending (excluding home equity), and IRA services. You will provide coaching support to staff, assist with daily operations, and help ensure consistent service, compliance, and strong experience across assigned branches.

This position has a base pay range of $26.43-$35.05/hour. This range represents the expected base pay range for this position. The actual pay rate may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role. This role is eligible for a sales-based incentive.
