Responsibilities

  • Assist with all branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory, customer service, administration, and sales support.
  • Help lead and develop branch employees through training, coaching, accountability, and motivation.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with identifying local market opportunities and developing customer relationships.
  • Help ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, counter personnel, and outside sales to support branch success.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and assist in achieving company goals and targets.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions that improve productivity and customer service.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates to strengthen the branch's reputation in the market.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall branch organization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements
  • Previous assistant management, branch management, or leadership experience in the automotive or heavy-duty parts industry or similar field preferred.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, delivery coordination, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ability to help lead branch operations and direct workflow effectively.
  • Ability to meet sales and operational goals.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations and other branches as needed.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
