We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Bookkeeper. This role will be responsible for working with our Agency Bookkeeper on processing the agency’s income and expenses.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, maintaining records, creating reports, processing accounts receivable/payable, payroll, recording and verifying transactions.  This position requires a sharp, organized, professional with an accounting/bookkeeping background. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required. Must perform with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, be proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, have excellent phone and interpersonal skills, and be able to multi-task.  

Job Type: Part-time  Pay: $26.00 per hour  
Expected hours: 16 per week  
Schedule:  Monday to Friday
Education:  Associates (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
