Assistant Beauty Team Leader

Job Summary

The Assistant Beauty Team Leader supports the Beauty Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations of the beauty department. This role ensures that the team provides exceptional customer service and maintains product knowledge while assisting in managing store processes. The Assistant Beauty Team Leader is a key support figure, stepping in for the Beauty Team Leader when necessary and contributing to achieving the store's goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Beauty Team Leader in managing team operations and daily tasks.

2. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the beauty area.

3. Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized beauty advice to

customers.

4. Handle customer concerns or issues in the absence of the Beauty Team Leader.

5. May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
6. Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed.

Qualifications

1. Basic leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate team members.

2. Knowledge of beauty products and trends.

3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Must have open availability, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
