Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, gathering and analyzing relevant information, performing legal research, collaborating with agency partners, and litigating hearings in circuit courts throughout the Commonwealth. The position also offers opportunities to occasionally brief and argue cases before the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
