Posting Summary The Department of Medicine Division of Liver Disease and Transplant Hepatology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) seeks qualified candidates at the Assistant or Associate Professor level for full-time academic positions in liver disease and transplant hepatology.
Successful candidates will be board eligible/certified in Internal Medicine and will have completed at least one year of advanced training in liver disease and transplant hepatology. These positions will support general and advanced inpatient and outpatient hepatology consultation services at University Hospital. In addition, the candidates will support the training of hepatology fellows and medical residents and will also support the educational needs of New Jersey Medical School in liver disease and transplant hepatology. Candidates will actively support the research mission of the division.
The candidates must possess superior clinical teaching and interpersonal skills.
