Job Duties:Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of statewide programs in experiential education. Collaborates with others to determine content, priorities and emphasis for experiential education programming. Identifies areas in experiential education that could be impacted by Extension programming efforts for the benefit Arkansas youth. Responsible for educating Division of Agriculture employees working at the state and local levels in areas related to experiential education. Conducts and supports educational activities using direct and/or indirect contact methods to teach or assist extension personnel. Responds to internal requests in a timely manner. Provides research updates to state and county faculty as appropriate. Locates, adapts and/or develops curricula and related support materials for and in partnership with Division of Agriculture state and county faculty for use with youth audiences.
