Position Summary
The Department of Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine IUSM is seeking an AssistantAssociateFull Professor of Medicine. This is a full-time Tenure-Track position in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology. Both clinicians and non-clinicians may apply but preference is given to candidates with an MDDO degree with clinical effort. Clinical faculty would practice at an Academic Health Center AHC hospital including Methodist University and Eskenazi. A competitive start-up package will be provided.
Candidate will be considered across broad areas of expertise including basis research translational research and clinical trials. This position is ideal for a highly motivated clinicianresearcher with a track record of research excellence. The expectation is to apply for funding to augment research support and gain a track record of successful applications.
The Division of Clinical Pharmacology conducts groundbreaking translational research in the area of cardio-immunology drug discovery and development drug interactions and genomic variants that impact therapeutic effectiveness. The multi-disciplinary research includes collaborations through the Indiana University School of Medicine and the broader IU community. More information about our growing division can be found here.
