Tradewater Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly motivated, emerging leader to join our team as an Assistant Administrator (Administrator-in-Training). This position is designed for individuals who aspire to become Licensed Nursing Home Administrators and want hands-on experience leading a skilled nursing facility.
This is not an internship. The Assistant Administrator serves as a member of the facility leadership team, working directly alongside the Administrator and department heads to gain practical experience in all areas of facility operations.
The successful candidate will participate in a structured leadership development program while actively pursuing Kentucky Long-Term Care Administrator licensure.

An active Nursing Home Administrator license is not required at the time of hire. Candidates selected for this position must actively pursue Kentucky Long-Term Care Administrator licensure and obtain licensure within twelve (12) months of employment. Continued participation in the program requires demonstrated progress toward meeting all licensure requirements.
