    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's in Early Education with eighteen (18) ECE credits, or Bachelor's in a related field with thirty (30) ECE credits

    • Director's credential or commitment to obtain Director's credential

    • At least two years of experience working with children

    • Strong leadership and staff-development skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Strong organization and attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Creative and practical problem-solving skills

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

    • Professional, adaptable, and self-motivated approach

    What You'll Do

    • Lead daily academy operations when the Academy Director is absent

    • Monitor classroom ratios, attendance, schedules, and routines

    • Support high-quality curriculum and child outcomes

    • Review classroom planning, programs, and field trips

    • Ensure classrooms have needed supplies and resources

    • Support classroom transitions and intervention processes

    • Lead staff onboarding, coaching, and development

    • Enforce company policies and procedures

    • Support enrollment and family retention

    • Follow required business-management practices

    • Partner with families to resolve questions and concerns

    • Motivate and inspire staff and hold team members accountable

    Work Environment

    • Monday through Friday during typical academy hours

    • On-call flexibility may be required

    • Regular classroom and office activity

    • Frequent interaction with children, families, and staff

    • Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting
