Brightside Academy is looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Academy Director to support daily operations, staff development, and high-quality learning experiences at an assigned early learning center.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's in Early Education with eighteen (18) ECE credits, or Bachelor's in a related field with thirty (30) ECE credits
Director's credential or commitment to obtain Director's credential
At least two years of experience working with children
Strong leadership and staff-development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Creative and practical problem-solving skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Professional, adaptable, and self-motivated approach
What You'll Do
Lead daily academy operations when the Academy Director is absent
Monitor classroom ratios, attendance, schedules, and routines
Support high-quality curriculum and child outcomes
Review classroom planning, programs, and field trips
Ensure classrooms have needed supplies and resources
Support classroom transitions and intervention processes
Lead staff onboarding, coaching, and development
Enforce company policies and procedures
Support enrollment and family retention
Follow required business-management practices
Partner with families to resolve questions and concerns
Motivate and inspire staff and hold team members accountable
Work Environment
Monday through Friday during typical academy hours
On-call flexibility may be required
Regular classroom and office activity
Frequent interaction with children, families, and staff
Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting
