Personal Performance Criteria include effective communication, positive work environment contribution, integrity, punctuality, professional growth pursuit, independence, adaptability, and initiative.
Professional Performance Criteria involve reporting to the Middle School Athletic Director or Principal, assisting with equipment management, enforcing training rules, executing assigned duties, ensuring injury and insurance reports are filed, maintaining facilities, supporting athletic events, and completing additional tasks as assigned.
