Key duties include preparing detailed case reports, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement, and testifying in court. They must report hazards, prioritize safety, and act with integrity at all times.
The role involves responding to operational concerns, supporting store objectives, and minimizing risks to staff, customers, and assets.
