• $30-$39/hour - Depending on Experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
This role oversees the operational, financial, and compliance performance of a multi-property residential portfolio. The Asset & Operations Manager ensures properties are maintained to required standards, investor obligations are met, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled. Success is defined by stable asset performance, timely issue resolution, and strong coordination with property management partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee physical, financial, and compliance conditions of assigned residential properties in partnership with third-party property management companies.
• Review inspection reports, financial statements, and operational data to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve property performance.
• Ensure tenant issues, maintenance needs, code compliance items, and insurance claims are addressed and documented in a timely manner.
• Coordinate budgets, special funding requests, and invoice approvals while monitoring financial impact and portfolio performance.
• Prepare and submit required HUD or state compliance reports and respond to investor, lender, and partner inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in multifamily asset management, property operations, or housing program administration.
• Working knowledge of HUD, federal, state, and local housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
Core Tools & Systems
• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
• Property management and financial reporting systems
• Databases and document management tools
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with public housing agencies or affordable housing portfolios
• Strong financial and operational analysis skills
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and communicate requirements clearly
