Description
The Asset Management Analyst will report to senior leadership within the asset management function and play a key role in supporting the performance and growth of a multifamily portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive investment performance and provide strategic insights across the portfolio.
Conduct financial analysis and asset performance reviews to support business objectives.
Assist with the management and optimisation of multifamily real estate investments.
Perform market research, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking.
Prepare investment, operational and portfolio performance reports for leadership teams.
Support underwriting, budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Participate in property inspections and site visits to evaluate operational performance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute value-enhancement opportunities
Profile
For the Asset Management Analyst we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
Experience within asset management, real estate investment, acquisitions, underwriting or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of multifamily real estate investments is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
