Position: Asset Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Asset Management

ABOUT THE ROLE
Venterra is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets. The Asset Manager acts as the strategic owner of assigned assets, partnering across Operations, Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, and Capital Projects to drive performance. This role requires proactively identifying risks and opportunities, translating data and market insights into actionable plans, and supporting execution in a dynamic operating environment. The position includes regular property visits, ongoing performance assessment, and participation in acquisition and asset review activities.
