Asset Manager
Position Summary
The Asset Manager plays a critical role in driving the performance and long-term value of a multi-family real estate portfolio. By collaborating closely with operations, finance, and joint venture partners, this role supports the execution of each asset's investment strategy while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and operational efficiency. The Asset Manager leads performance reviews, conducts in-depth financial and market analyses, and develops actionable plans to optimize each propertys potential.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, analytical, and collaborative environment. This role thrives on uncovering the "why" behind performance data and pivots with agility to meet evolving goals. This position serves as a key liaison between field teams and ownership, ensuring alignment on strategy, performance, and value creation initiatives. Work Environment:
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000
