Position Summary
Building & Exterior Assets
We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the performance and maintenance of Building & Exterior assets across our extensive network of facilities. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the strategic, long-range direction for these assets, including Roofs, Skylights, Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems (EIFS), Paving, & Sidewalks. Leveraging our CMMS (ServiceChannel), survey & asset intelligence, maintenance & repair data, and building out trusted vendor partnerships, the Building & Exterior Asset Manager will have accountability to the lifecycle of our portfolio.

This is a salaried position starting at $94,000.00 and pays up to $129,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
