R&K Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified Real Estate Analyst with at least 6 months of experience supporting federal real property programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of real property/real estate data management, reporting systems, and the ability to analyze, audit, and maintain data with a high level of accuracy. This position requires strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with government stakeholders.

Duties:
• Analyze and maintain real property/real estate records with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Utilize real property management systems to support data tracking, validation, and reporting activities
• Analyze real estate data sets to assist in business insights, support policy and decision-making, and respond to higher headquarters or other inquiries
• Prepare reports and conduct audits to support real estate program compliance and financial reporting
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in real property data through collaborative analysis
• Support the development of processes and tools for property data management
• Support other real property and real estate management professionals
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required, college degree is highly desirable in real estate, data management, business, or a related field
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Minimum six months of experience in real property or real estate data analysis and management with federal government preferred
• Proficiency using Army installation and real property management systems (HQIIS and PRIDE web) is highly desirable
• Experience with property-related financial reporting is preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Travel within the U.S.A. is infrequent but required
