This position is primarily responsible for training delivery, including overseeing training plans, and assessing team members' learning progress. The incumbent will provide training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the assessment team, using diverse instructional methods to engage team members effectively. In addition, designs and updates training materials as needed to align with Telligen goals. This position will also work with team members' direct managers to evaluate and identify team members training needs and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Incumbent is also expected to complete assessments as needed. Essential Functions Serves as a trainer to team members to ensure assessments are conducted thoroughly, accurately and within specified timeframes and guidelines. Documents review and special project results in workflow documentation system, ensuring data is accurate and timely. Assists in compliance, quality assurance, and quarterly field assessor IRR monitoring. Serves as the leader of the quality assurance team.Requirements Four-year nursing degree and/or equivalent training and/or experience 3+ years clinical experience required Case Coordination and/or health coach experience is preferred Motivational interviewing skills preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience as a trainer preferred COMMITMENT TO SAFETY As part of our commitment to health and safety, some roles may require additional health protocols (i.e. personal protective equipment or vaccination) Who We Are: Telligen is one of the most respected population health management organizations in the country.
