Overview
The Scheduling and Evaluation Specialist will provide technical and administrative support with development, implementation and ongoing management of assessment and evaluation activities as well as clinical student scheduling.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain meticulous, thorough and accurate records and reports
Develop and implement assessment and evaluation projects using educational technology solutions and provide administrative and technical support for associated evaluation activities.
Develop documentation and provide customer service to assist with effective implementation and management of technology (e.g. how to access evaluations, how to approve placement requests). Triage questions and train users so that they may independently utilize the educational technology to access assessment, evaluation and scheduling data needed to perform their duties.
Manage the AAMC VSLO rotation catalog for opportunities our faculty deem appropriate for visiting MD/DO students
Manage the ELO course catalogs and annual updates for ELO-supported experiential learning program course listings
Perform data validity checks to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security, taking action to resolve issues as they arise, while keeping supervisor informed and collaborating on resolutions as needed.
Assist with data collection, entry, importing, integration, organization, analysis and reporting to support assessment, evaluation and scheduling processes.
Takes independent action to address and resolve problems.
Independently stays up-to-date on relevant training (e.g. FERPA, technical systems utilized to complete job duties) and completes any certifications and trainings required by supervisor and/or necessitated to fulfil technical and administrative job functions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the public, our partners, customers, and co-workers; while working cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve common goals.
