Train on day shift for the first 3 months
Training hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm
Afternoon shift start times between 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Night shift start times between 8:00pm - 12:00am
Sunday - Thursday flex schedule

Position Description
Assemble electrical control systems and components.
Solder wires onto control systems and ignition coils.
Use screws, nuts, and small hand tools during assembly.
Add labels and complete detailed assembly work.
Work with very small materials and delicate components.
Follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
Utilize basic computer skills for production processes and tracking.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
High attention to detail required.
Must be comfortable working with very small material.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be comfortable using screws, nuts, and hand tools.
Soldering experience preferred.
Previous assembly experience preferred.
Must be dependable with good attendance.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
