Job Title: Assembly Technician / Production Associate (Medical Device)
Location: St. Paul, MN
Job Description:- Assemble, repair, test, and package medical equipment and electronic devices in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow work instructions, safety rules, and manufacturing procedures carefully.
- Use computers and electronic systems for data entry and production tracking.
- Maintain accurate quality and production records.
- Handle small parts and components while ensuring product quality.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues.
Requirements:- Good English communication and ability to recognize colors.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience required; ERP experience preferred.
- Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must attend work regularly with no absences during the first 30 days.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
