Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an entry level Assembly Technician to work at a global medical manufacturing company in Medina, NY. Sound like something you're interested in? Pay Rate: $22.65/hr

Hours: 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday
(OT on Fridays as needed)

What's a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You'll be:
  • Assembling small medical device components and products accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.
  • Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
  • Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Possess high school diploma / GED
  • Have some experience in assembly, soldering or manufacturing (preferred, but not required).
  • Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Have excellent hand / eye coordination
  • Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills
  • Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
  • Able to read / write in English
  • Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
  • Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
