TRC Talent Solutions is currently seeking Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in West Point, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
As an Assembly Technician, you will work as part of a team to assemble products and components while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing operation.
Shift: Fixed 1st Shift Hours (6:25 AM 3:00 PM)

Work with a team to assemble complete products and components according to production requirements.
Rotate through various production tasks and workstations as needed.
Operate machinery and equipment safely, including hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Perform assembly and material handling activities while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred.
Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with assembly tools, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical and exertional work throughout the shift.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Attendance: Strong attendance history and commitment to reliability.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
