Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble and install parts and assemblies per blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Perform manual and automated assembly operations, including use of hand tools, power tools, jigs, and shop equipment
Drill, seal, install fasteners, countersink, varnish, and paint components as required
Perform sub-assembly and structural assembly/installation tasks
Conduct continuity checks and basic functional testing on assemblies and subassemblies
Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble components as needed, including prototype units
Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
Document discrepancies and support corrective actions per process requirements
Move materials, parts, and assemblies within the production area and complete required transactions
Perform routine minor machine maintenance (filters, lubrication, coolant levels, etc.)
Support production flow by assisting and training team members as needed
Requirements:
Experience with assembly/installation of structures and sub-assemblies
Proficiency in drilling, sealing, fastening, countersinking, varnishing, and painting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to perform rework, fabrication, and modification tasks
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with aircraft structures or aerospace assembly
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and testing procedures
Experience working on prototype or experimental builds
