Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy (ability to follow written instructions and technical documentation)
Comfortable using hand and power tools safely in a manufacturing/production environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay self-motivated
Willingness to learn wiring standards, labeling practices, and basic electrical assembly techniques
Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled weekday shift
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical/vocational training (electrical, industrial, manufacturing, maintenance) is a plus
Entry-level candidates are welcome; electrical assembly, panel wiring, or manufacturing experience is beneficial

Responsibilities
Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation to complete assemblies to specification
Assemble electrical plates and enclosures using build prep instructions
Install electrical components and controllers according to documentation and layout requirements
Wire components using correct color and gauge; apply ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification per prints
Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment while staying productive independently
Follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements throughout the build process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation (5S mindset)
Perform other production duties as assigned to support workflow

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.
