Production Associate - Assembly Technician
Location: Tech Distribution Facility - South Reno
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Job Duties:
- Assemble and prepare cords
- Pack completed servers and power strips
- Label and prepare packages for shipment
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and squat throughout shift
- Lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
- Comfortable standing in one position for extended periods
- Overtime on Saturdays may be required based on business needs
General Warehouse Expectations:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Steel toe shoes/boots are required
- Adhere to production timelines and meet quality standards
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Report damaged products, safety concerns, or equipment issues immediately
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
