Who are we looking for?
Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for hands-on technical work? Join our
dynamic team as an Assembly Team Member, where you'll be responsible for building highquality wire harnesses used in cutting-edge applications. This role requires precision, mechanical
aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret wire harness assembly diagrams and layout boards.
- Cut, strip, crimp, solder, route, and secure wires according to design specifications.
- Label and insert harnesses into appropriate protective tubing (e.g., heat shrink, sleeving).
- Perform various types of taping (spiral, full, end) using approved materials.
- Inspect solder joints, crimps, and assemblies for defects.
- Conduct continuity and functional testing using specialized testing equipment.
- Document testing results and report any deviations or anomalies.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with 5S methodology.
- Operate semi-automated tools such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and ultrasonic splicing
machines.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure high-quality output
Qualifications
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Preferred
- Prior experience in wire harness or electronics assembly.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and documentation software (e.g., MS Office).

Working Conditions
