Our client is in need of an Assembly Supervisor based in Huntsville, Alabama to lead Just-In-Time stamping operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. This role is responsible for directing daily production activities, maintaining clear communication withoperators, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives while minimizing downtime and cost. The supervisor will lead by example in safety practices, oversee incident investigations and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving methods such as 8D and 5 Why. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team leaders, managing scheduling and cross-training initiatives, maintaining training matrices, and ensuring alignment across shifts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or stamping environment, and prior supervisory experience, along with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing, core tools, and IATF standards.
