Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing technical service and repair of Merlin@Home Transmitters. The role involves working on an assembly line environment supporting service operations for external medical devices. Candidates will also perform decontamination activities using alcohol wipes and support HLA and Return Kit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical service and repair on Merlin@Home transmitters
Support decontamination of external medical devices
Work on assembly line for HLA and return kit processing
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Utilize basic computer systems for tracking and documentation
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical device industry (preferred, not required)
Prior assembly or technical repair experience is a plus
