Description Supervise approximately 20 team members across assembly and paint operations.Complete hands‑on training with the previous supervisor to learn equipment, processes, and build expectations.Oversee scheduling of projects ranging from single‑day tasks to multi‑week assemblies.Review drawings, BOMs, work orders, and multi‑step build documentation.Support troubleshooting, mechanical guidance, and build flow improvements.Ensure safe work practices, quality standards, and on‑time completion of projects.Collaborate with the General Assembly Manager and Plant Manager on priorities and staffing. Profile 2‑year technical degree required.Prior supervisor or lead experience in manufacturing or assembly.Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort taking equipment apart and reassembling.Experience with 3D CAD software (AutoCAD preferred).Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, and multi‑step manufacturing environments.Comfortable working around large assemblies and hand tools.Ability to coordinate shifting schedules and multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree not required if strengths align elsewhere.
