Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Greensboro NC
Rate: $18hr. Weekly Pay
Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Description:
• Assemble batteries by placing cells and installing components into steel containers according to blueprint specifications
• Operate general machine functions, including semi-automatic production equipment
• Meet standard machine run rates while minimizing scrap and material waste
• Perform accurate and timely quality checks using established procedures and machine checklists
• Identify nonconforming products, follow hold procedures, and assist with corrective actions
• Suggest improvements to processes, efficiency, and equipment operation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and actively participate in plant safety programs
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Skills
• Experience in battery manufacturing or a related industry
• Experience using small hand tools and material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks)
• Familiarity with SAP ERP software
• Experience handling or shipping hazardous materials
