Assembly Operator III

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Responsible for quality inspecting to ensure all assembled devices & cables meet company requirements as it's being packaged for shipping to the customer. Make effective decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production Lead.

In this position, you will get to:

• Responsible for quality inspecting to ensure all assembled devices & cables meet company requirements as it's being packaged for shipping to the customer.
• Visually inspect the assembled devices, cables and labels to ensure they meet specifications and identify any defects.
• Follow standard operating procedures to properly package assembled materials as well as stacking the boxes to prepare for shipping, avoiding any damage while in route to the customer.
• Make effective decisions to accept or reject finished products and discuss inspection results with the production Lead.
• Provide hands on support to the production staff when needed to meet customer demands.

• 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have attention to detail and ability to do quality expectations for finished products
• Must have basic technical skills of working with electrical wires, electrical conduits and cables.
• Using and maintaining hand and power tools. .
• Worked in an assembly environment for a minimum of three years.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Position requires you to be on your feet throughout shift.
• Bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs. will be expected with assistance
