Assembly Operator I

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assembly Technician to join our client's growing team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in assembling high-quality electrical devices and cables that meet customer specifications before they are shipped.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble electrical devices and cut cables using power tools according to customer orders and specifications
• Build products on the assembly line following drawings, instructions, and schematics
• Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet required standards
• Provide hands-on support to the production team to meet daily customer demands
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following safety procedures

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and schematics
