Job Details

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (full-time)
Overtime eligible, averaging 50–55 hours per week

JOB DUTIES:
  • Print, review, and track sales orders, pick lists, and blueprints to support assembly operations
  • Stage, move, and organize parts throughout the production and assembly areas
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve discrepancies in production reporting
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in the MRP system for inventory and job tracking
  • Ensure documentation related to assembly activity is accurate and up to date
  • Communicate between departments to support smooth workflow and production efficiency
  • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or inventory coordination
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry ability
  • Ability to read basic blueprints or production documents preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
  • Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
