Shift: 1st | Mon-Fri | 4:00 AM2:30 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)

Assembly Associate Description:
Duties and Requirements:
- Perform hands-on assembly tasks such as folding, de-slugging, orienting, and packaging materials with precision
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and production standards
- Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation throughout the shift
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage and ensure product integrity
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies at all times
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
