Job Title: Assembly
Pay Rate: $18.00
Schedule (Days and Time): 1st
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Tests the partly assembled parts before the final assembling.
Reads and understands instructions and assembles products or their parts and components.
Follows the safety procedures, environmental guidelines and standard rules and regulations during the assembling process.
Keeps the workstations orderly, stores and maintains the tools and parts, tests equipment and keeps accurate documentation.
Design for Assembly (DFA) & Design for Test (DFT) analysis End-to-end manufacturing traceability Rapid prototyping
High complex double-sided PCB assembly High mix, low to medium volume assemblies 10 SMT assembly lines Fine Pitch SMT, through-hole and POP assemblies, backplanes
Automated optical inspection In-circuit and flying probe test Full functional testing.
Automatic testing equipment and End-of-Line (EOL) testing Conformal coating IPC 610 standards class 2 and class 3 Design for manufacturing (DFM),
Ensures quality work standards are maintained, and procedures are followed.
Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement.
Job Requirements
Minimum 12-month experience
May be required to stand for long periods of time.
