Assemble plastic parts using hand tools, fixtures, or automated equipment
Inspect components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or work orders
Package finished products for shipping or further processing
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to work with different sized parts and awkward items
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing or assembly background preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
On-site work location required
