As an Assembler, you will play an important role in the production process by assembling components, supporting production operations, and helping ensure quality products are delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Work on production lines to support manufacturing operations and meet production goals.
- Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with moving materials and components throughout the production area.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
Qualifications- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds while following safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
- Experience using material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, or other production equipment is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are beneficial.
Education & Experience- No High School Diploma or GED required.
