    Assemblers Needed

    Location: Greensboro, NC
    Schedule: First Shift | 6:00 AM Start Time
    Job Type: Full-Time

    As an Assembler, you will play an important role in the production process by assembling components, supporting production operations, and helping ensure quality products are delivered to customers.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.
    • Work on production lines to support manufacturing operations and meet production goals.
    • Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
    • Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Assist with moving materials and components throughout the production area.
    • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
    • Report equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards promptly.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
    Qualifications
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds while following safety guidelines.
    • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
    • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
    • Experience using material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, or other production equipment is a plus.
    • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are beneficial.
    Education & Experience
    • No High School Diploma or GED required.
