Assembler 1 (General) Compensation

• $18.50/hr ( $17.00/hr + $1.50 shift differential )
• Benefits available after 90 days
• 401(k) with company match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

• Contract role (52 weeks) with potential to extend based on attendance/performance/business needs
• Schedule: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Shift: H Shift (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) — weekends included
• On-site in Sumter, SC
• Not climate-controlled (Rubber department)
• Steel toe shoes required
• Background check pending: can start while background checks are pending
• Drug screening is not required

• Fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, perform basic maintenance on, and troubleshoot equipment
• Perform quality inspections in accordance with specifications
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
• Work effectively in a team environment with strong attention to detail

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read/write/understand instructions in English and perform basic math
• Strong attendance and punctuality; ability to work flexible/extended hours as needed
• Ability to use basic measurement tools (e.g., microscopes)
• Physical ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods; occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs

• Previous manufacturing experience (0–1 year assembly experience preferred)
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
