What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learning how to analyze financial information including income, assets, cash flow, and long-term goals
  • Developing customized financial strategies based on each client’s stage of life and priorities
  • Building your own client base through relationships, referrals, and community presence — not cold calling
  • Advising individuals, families, and businesses across a wide range of financial situations
  • Working closely with senior advisors and leadership who coach you step-by-step
  • Participating in structured training and fast-track development programs
  • Growing long-term client relationships that compound year over year
  • Developing into a trusted advisor with increasing autonomy and earning power


This is relationship-driven, performance-based work with a long-term payoff.


Who Succeeds Here

We’re looking for someone whose skills have outgrown their current role - someone with what we often call “batteries included.”

You bring:

  • Discipline, grit, and follow-through
  • Comfort in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment
  • Curiosity around money, planning, and strategy
  • Coachability and openness to feedback

Backgrounds that often do well here include:

  • No prior financial services experience required.


Licensing & Training

  • Most aspiring financial advisors begin unlicensed
  • Life & Health insurance licensing is completed first (typically 2–3 weeks)
  • Securities licensing (SIE / Series 7 / 66) is fully supported and expected within your first 6 months
  • Training, study resources, and mentorship are built into the process


The first year requires real effort - and it’s designed that way.


Compensation & Growth

  • Commission-based opportunity across insurance and investment solutions
  • Typical first-year earnings range: $100,000–$150,000
  • Income grows through renewals, recurring revenue, and expanded client relationships
  • Long-term upside includes mid-to-high six-figure and ultimately seven-figure earning potential for top performers


This role is best suited for people willing to bet on themselves.


Office & Culture Expectations

  • Aspiring financial advisors are expected to be in-office 3–4 days per week initially
  • High-energy, professional environment with daily access to leadership and mentors
  • Advisors operate with autonomy - there are no “vacation requests” - but results matter
  • Culture emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous development


The Hiring Process

We run a rigorous but efficient process and move fast for the right people. Some candidates complete the process in as little as 10 days.

Interview with our leadership team (virtual and/or in-person)
