Byrne & Jones is seeking an Asphalt Equipment Operator to perform complex and difficult construction and maintenance work by operating various types of heavy equipment.
Job Responsibilities
Operation of a variety of asphalt paving specific equipment, such as pavers, screeds, and rollers. Participate in safe working environments, including daily huddles, job safety assessments, toolbox talks, and stretching program Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years of experience operating construction equipment Valid driver's license CDL license preferred
Physical Requirements
Must be able to physically operate heavy equipment Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand to operate and repair heavy equipment Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
