ASPEN SIS & Secretary Duties
- Data Management: Input and maintain student records, including attendance, enrollment, and demographic updates within the Aspen Student Information System (SIS).
- Administrative Support: Generate and reconcile monthly reports, manage incoming calls, and handle clerical tasks like filing and processing paperwork.
- Budgeting: Monitor library/media center accounts and process purchase orders for new materials.
